Private Coaching with Bob Huizenga
You may have thought about it endlessly. You may understand what’s happening intellectually. You may even recognize the pattern you’re caught in.
And still, something isn’t shifting.
Sometimes another person can help you see what is very difficult to see from inside your own experience.

This is a real coaching conversation, not a sales call.
No sales pitch. No obligation to continue.
You may already know a lot
You may be overthinking everything, reacting before you can stop yourself, trying desperately to get someone else to understand, repeating a response you know isn’t helping, caught between two decisions, or aware of a pattern but unable to see your way through it.
But there is a problem with trying to see something clearly when you’re standing right in the middle of it.
Sometimes we need another perspective.
Not someone to tell us what to do. Someone who can help us slow things down, make finer distinctions, and see what we couldn’t see before.
That’s the role of coaching.
How we work
You don’t need to prepare your entire history. You don’t need to know what the “real issue” is.
Start with whatever has your attention right now.
We slow things down and notice what’s actually happening.
We look for what is easy to miss from inside the experience.
A new thought, feeling, understanding or possibility may appear.
Coaching and the 10–10–10 Method
The 10–10–10 Method gives you a process you can return to on your own.
Private coaching gives us an opportunity to slow that process down when something deserves closer attention.
A goal, demand or outcome that has begun to carry enormous emotional weight.
The reaction you automatically return to when the pressure rises.
The positive intention underneath anger, withdrawal, pushing, pleasing, controlling or another familiar response.
An assumption, feeling, possibility or distinction that wasn’t available from inside the struggle.
The free session
Often the important theme begins to emerge within the first few minutes.
We don’t try to solve everything at once.
We slow the experience down and make finer distinctions.
Sometimes the shift is subtle. Sometimes it is surprisingly significant.
You leave with something to notice, explore or experiment with—not simply something else to think about.
What this is—and what it’s not
We’ll see what makes sense—together.
If we both want to continue
The free session stands on its own. There is no obligation to purchase anything afterward.
If continued coaching feels useful after our conversation, I offer a package of four private 30-minute sessions for $590.
Paid sessions are scheduled personally with me after purchase, giving us more flexibility than booking each session through Calendly.
A few things to know
Coaching offers support, insight, encouragement and practical strategies to help you move toward what you want.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or emergency care. If you need clinical, medical, psychiatric or emergency support, please work with the appropriate licensed professional or emergency resource.
If at any point you feel the coaching isn’t helping you move toward what you want, tell me. We can make a course correction. I want us to notice what’s useful, what’s not, and what needs attention next.
If something deserves a closer look
Not everything at once. Just whatever has your attention now.
